Masha is a creative producer who sees film as a tool to challenge and inspire. With a background in journalism and public policy, she began her career producing documentaries for NGOs, later moving to producing commercial content for brands (Adidas, Porsche, Unilever and others) and line production on narrative shorts. Her work focused on creative research and full-cycle production, focusing on projects driven by social change and public storytelling.
Today, Masha works as a co-producer and development manager across the company’s slate, overseeing the day-to-day creative process and contributing to the audience outreach strategies. She’s an associate producer on Puma In A Tank’s action / sci-fi DRAGN (2025).
Combining her background in research with a deep sense of empathy, Masha is driven by the belief that cinema can illuminate the parts of life we tend to overlook, helping us think and feel more deeply about the world we share. Her goal is to make films that reflect on complicated matters in ways that resonate with those who most need to hear them.
